Problems of investing in the digital environment in the Russian Federation

At present, attracting investment in the digital environment is gaining more weight, since investment is one of the main factors of sustainable, high-quality and balanced development of the country. The analysis carried out in the work showed that the volume of the digital economy in Russia remains relatively small. Funds allocated for research and development in priority areas for the development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia must be allocated to the economy taking into account technological modernization, technology transfer, improvement of the management system, information space, and investment security.
