Problems of mortgage lending in Russia and solutions

This article deals with the problems of mortgage lending and their impact on credit conditions. The factors impeding the development of mortgage lending in Russia and suggested ways of solving the existing problems for the further formation and development of mortgage lending in Russia in order to address social instability for the country's population of housing security.
