Problems of execution of the expenditure side of local budgets on the example of the city of Ekaterinburg

The budget is the most important instrument of regional policy. Its structure and stability have a direct impact on the social, financial, economic, industrial development of a separate state entity and the country as a whole. At the same time, the efficiency of execution of the expenditure side of the budget is of particular importance. This article analyzes the main categories of budget expenditures, and also considers the dynamics of their change on the example of a municipality - the city of Yekaterinburg. The data obtained allowed us to identify the main problems associated with the execution of the expenditure side of budget funds in the region.
