Theoretical and methodological problems of "non-classic methods" in teaching of the history and methodology of jurisprudence

This article is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical and methodological problems of «nonclassic methods» in teaching of the history and methodology of jurisprudence. The author analyses a spectrum of approaches to the use of such methods as synergetics, hermeneutics, conceptology in law. The author demonstrates the possibilities of non-classical methods in law-making, law-enforcement, law-interpreting activities.
