Purpose: To study the methods of detection of an illegal organization and conduct of gambling, ways to counteract this type of offenses, the study features seizure, storage and destruction of play equipment as a matter of the offense. Methodology: Use of private-scientific methods of learning: formal, legal, comparative legal, system analysis and others. Results: In the article the problems of law enforcement agencies relating to the seizure, storage and destruction of equipment used in an illegal organization and conduct of gambling. When covering the methods and techniques used by hackers to obstruct the work of law enforcement agencies in conducting activities to combat illegal gambling. Propose effective measures against illegal organization and conduct of gambling.
