Problems of inventive law in the projects of the Civil Code of the USSR

the purpose of this article is to analyse the feature of the legal regulation of inventive relations in the projects of the Civil Code of the USSR. The article considers the mechanisms of legal regulation of inventive relations in the projects of the Civil Code of the USSR 1939-1951. General (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, etc.) and special (historical law, formal law, systemic) methods of scientific knowlege were used during writing the article. In the course of the study were identified the problems of determining the place of inventive law in the system of law and the system of civil legislation, was analyzed the range of protected objects and was revealed the main goal of regulating inventive relations in accordance with the projects of the Civil Code of the USSR.
