Problems of effective using of natural resources in modern conditions

The article considers the main directions of greening production, analyzes methods and tools for assessing the level of environmental safety of the regional economy. The authors of the study study indicators of the quality of the urban environment and factors affecting the health of the population. Much attention is paid to achieving an optimal balance between industrial and industrial progress and development and the optimal state of the environment, as well as the importance and role of achieving this balance for the quality of life of the population and the environmental safety of the state. The paper considers the most relevant aspects of public-private partnership in the field of green construction, the principles of concession agreements, and the basis for the transition to more careful production. The authors note theoretical and methodological flaws, which consist in the lack of an integrated approach to the process of greening the economy and the lack of effective evaluation criteria and integrated indicators that take into account potential harm.
