Problems of effective distribution of regional financing in modern Russia

In this article the problems of the unsustainable financial situation of most regions of the country are considered, the main reasons for the imbalance of regional budgets are outlined. As a result, it was revealed that for the planned solution of the problems considered and overcoming the imbalance of regional financial flows, it is required to develop a practice-oriented approach to the application of a new mechanism for managing the financial flows of the subjects of the Russian Federation and to adapt methodological developments to the conditions of territorial development in new realities.
