Problems of economic security in the tax system

The present study is devoted to the rather urgent problem of clarifying the threats to the economic security of the national economy in the tax sphere, mediated by the existing contradictions of the economic interests of business entities. Economic security is not only the protection of the national interests of the state, but also the willingness and ability of government institutions to create mechanisms for implementing and protecting the national interests of economic development, maintaining the socio-political stability of society. This article considers the features of ensuring economic security in the tax sphere. It is concluded that tax security, implemented through an effective taxation mechanism and tax control system, is one of the most important elements of the country's economic security.
