Problems of classification and guarantee of social human rights in the Russian state

The approaches to the classification of the social human rights are determined. It is brought to light that the Russian society today faces a lot of the most complex tasks of strengthening the guarantees of the constitutionally declared individual rights and freedoms. The question is about ensuring the realization of the social and economic rights and freedoms. One of the actual problems is that Russia does not function as a highly developed legal and strong social state.
