The brief description of different risk factors (accidents in electric networks of 0.4 -10 kW, the reduction of power quality and anthropogenic danger in electrical installations) is formulated and given. It is suggested to assess the effectiveness of the rural power supply system on the basis of risk accounting and forecasting.
