At the same time with the economic crisis of 2009 there began to develop the phenomenon of social networks. 2012 marks the peak of the active distribution of traditional media content in the web. Thus, the consumer hardly noticed the crisis of underproduction of content, which was by that time already announced by the managers of federal television. Nevertheless the pace and the quality of the content convergence leave much to be desired, which makes the viewers and listeners move from the traditional media to the new ones.
