Problems of the middle bronze age culture formation in the forest zone of the Middle Volga region

The paper examines primary problems of forming of the Middle Bronze Age culture of the northern Middle Volga region. At the late stage of evolution local Volosovo tribes entered into the early Metal Age as a result of penetration into the region of the tribes with traditions of the advanced Bronze Age. The culture formation process in the region was discrete. The development of the new culture generation on the basis the Volosovo, Balanovo and Atlicasy tribes' interaction was disrupted by the the Seym-Turbino tribes' intrusion into the region.
