Problems in the qualification of contempt of court in arbitration process of Russia

The article deals with theoretical and practical problems of bringing to the legal responsibility of persons who showed disrespect to the arbitration court. In particular, the problematic issues of the practice of applying Article’s № 119 of the Arbitration Procedural Code of the Russian Federation, the qualifications of the participants in the court session and other persons present at the hearing, as well as the imposition of a judicial fine. The author proposes a way of settling the arising issues taking into account the established judicial practice
