The features of differentiation of criminal and administrative responsibility for illegal hunting and the challenges that arise when choosing the type of responsibility are considered. Since the qualification of illegal hunting committed in complicity raises many controversial issues. The article focuses on the most typical situations encountered in law enforcement practice.
