Problems of qualification of an attack on the life of a person conducting justice or preliminary investigation

The article provides a criminal-legal analysis of an attempt on the life of a person who is carrying out justice or preliminary investigation. Objective and subjective elements of the crime are studied, and the need to amend article 295 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation is considered.
