Problems of modernization of new migration policy of Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the problems of reformation of the immigration policy in Russian Federation at present-day situation. It gives special attention to the politics of labour migration, taking into account working out of migration law that secure the control of migration streams and those migrants that fastened in Russia, as well as modernization and simplification of procedures of foreign labour force's attraction, protection of social rights of acting migrants.
