Problems of motivation of personnel in Russian companies

This article contains the analysis of types of motivation of the personnel used in Russia and abroad, and justification of need of introduction of incentive system at the modern enterprises. As a result of research the list of problems and ways of their decision on the basis of non-material methods of motivation of the personnel is made.
