Problems of appointment of forensic medical examinations commission on the facts of inappropriate medical care

In recent years, there has been a tendency in Russia to increase the appointment of commission forensic medical examinations on the assessment of inappropriate medical care. The resolutions of the department of complex examinations of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Expertise in Criminal Cases were studied in terms of evaluating the questions asked by investigators when appointing the commission of the Forensic Medical Expertise. Investigators order forensic investigation commission on "examination of the quality of medical care" to the difficult examination Department of Krasnoyarsk. This is the responsibility of authorities. The problems of making a resolution and formulating questions for the commission of the forensic medical examinations on the facts of inappropriate medical care are considered, and ways of solving these problems are proposed.
