Problems and oil and gas sector innovative development as a way of remedies

In article the place of an oil and gas complex (OGC) in economy of Russia and global system of power supply is considered. The indicators characterizing a level of development of oil and gas sector of the country are studied. By means of statistical data the analysis concerning prospects of development of the studied branch is made. During a present political and economic situation in the country and in the world, influence of the imposed sanctions which directly concerned oil and gas industry is considered and caused difficulties in production of raw materials, and also fields endangered implementation of the developed intellectual project. In the main way of elimination of destabilization of oil and gas industry the author sees development of innovative processes which will help to increase considerably investment appeal of branch, to stimulate its stable development and to create additional opportunities for participants of the market. Also these measures will allow find independence of supplies of equipment and technologies from abroad, in particular from the USA. One of the main objectives of oil and gas industry is decrease in cost of oil and gas production, and here the author suggests carry out on a substantial scale along with development of technologies the intellectual project fields in remote areas of oil production. Results of similar measures in other countries and prospects of their use in Russia are presented in article. The conceptual frame work, and estimated judgments of rather taken measures is also created.
