Issues of normative regulation in the digital economy

In the article there is substantiated the thesis on priority of normative regulation for the sphere of documents management and archival business in the digital economy, implemented through the creation of mandatory normative-legal acts and recommended for standards application. The importance of the sphere of regulation of electronic documents, electronic document management and archives of electronic documents, including taking into account not only domestic, but also foreign experience, is emphasized. At the same time, serious attention is paid to the issues of standardization and conceptual apparatus in the field of electronic document management and archives of electronic documents. There is evaluated the role of All-Russian Archival Science and Records Management Research Institute (VNIIDAD) as a leading scientific organization of Rosarkhiv, which can become one of the centers for organization and interdepartmental coordination of this work.
