The challenges of housing affordability in the Krasnodar krai

The article studies implementation of the measures aimed at improving of population housing conditions in the framework of the state support. The authors discuss the key challenges of the housing policy in the Krasnodar Krai, explain the importance and the need for their systematic review in the context of interaction of public institutions and private entities. The article examines the showings of the opening of new housing facilities in 2015. The core issues of housing affordability in the region are considered. The state policy measures focused on improvement of the current situation are analysed. The authors present their comments on the problem of housing affordability in the Krasnodar Krai.
