Problems of evaluation of trade enterprise's human potential

The article is devoted to the problem of assessing the human potential of a trade enterprise. The concept of human potential is considered, advantages and disadvantages of methods of assessment of human potential are analyzed. The approach taking into account features of trade enterprises on the basis of the integrated assessment of human potential including qualitative and quantitative indicators is offered.
