Problems of assessment of the information resource as a factor of modern economy development

The article discusses the evaluation of information resource in the development of the economy. Along with the main factor of the economy in the exchange phase, the approaches to the consideration of the information resource as a stimulating factor of economic growth throughout the reproduction process and the evaluation of its value in the system of the resource potential of the production process are proposed. As a evaluation criteria was adopted by the information capacity of products and services.
