The problem of food security assessment in Russia

This article is concerned with the food security and food supply independence of the Russian Federation. The topic is urgent as never before in the current conditions of economic blockade, arranged by the EU countries and the USA, which supported sanctions against Russia. The author defines the indicators of the food security of a state, as well as identifies the areas for improvement of monitoring of food supply security in Russia.
