In article the author designates the problems of estimation the technical state of dynamic objects and imposes requirements to systems of estimation the technical state. As an example of such systems the developed program complex of diagnosing and forecasting for gas-turbine engines is considered. The received estimates may be the basis for formation the proactive maintenance technologies.
