Problems of protection and exploitation the water resources, aspects of water management regulation perfection in Tatarstan Republic

On the basis of paleocrystic stationary observation results over a condition of water basins and small rivers, the detailed estimation of spatial and temporary variability of hydraulicity characteristics of Nizhnekamsk water basin and its lateral inflows is given. Dependence of distribution of water resources in time, geographical location, laws and concrete features, local geographical differences of territory of Tatarstan Republic are shown. The geological structure of territory posesses exclusively important role in formation of water resources. Dependence of hydraulicity on climatic parameters is certain. Development of market relations in Tatarstan Republic has caused a heavy use of water resources, promoted growth of their pollution and decrease in consumer properties.
