Problems of operational and investigative support for the investigation of criminal assaults against police officers

Бесплатный доступ

Based on the conducted forensic study of the most widespread criminal assaults against police officers in connection with the performance of official duties, it is concluded that due to a number of negative regulatory and organizational factors described in the work, employees of operational units of their own security of internal affairs bodies do not have a regulatory incentive to participate in the identification of latent criminal assaults against police officers, in the search for persons who committed them, and in the further operational search support of their investigation, if they do not have the form of a threat. To solve this problem, it is proposed to supplement the list of the main functions and powers of the service defined in the Regulations on the Main Directorate of Internal Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in order to create additional regulatory departmental indicators of the work of these units.
