On the subject matter of reinsurance identification

The author identifies the subject matter of reinsurance in terms of the current civil legislation and gives a short analysis of other substantials and some important conditions which are not essential. The article results in suggesting some variants of reinsurance contract models which allow participants of reinsurance relations to carry out the specific purposes of economic entity adequately applying the current legislation.
