The problems of defining of the subject of the crimes provided st. 258.1 of the criminal code

The article deals with the social danger of the illicit trafficking of especially valuable wild animals and aquatic biological resources belonging to species listed in the Red Book for Russia and (or) protected by international treaties of Russia. In addition, the article describes in detail the subject of crimes under Art. 258.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia as an important element of evidence in the criminal prosecution of perpetrators.
