Optimization problems of using factors of industrial and innovation development of Russian gas industry in conditions of global financial crisis

In this article there is concluded the necessity of formation of politics of industrial and innovative development of gas industry enterprises, proceeding from the principle of maintenance necessity of "system structure of industry" according which the gas industry enterprises sustainable development within the limits of market priorities can be carried out only under condition of presence of the base institutes and natural and liquid gas market infrastructure system, developing in the advancing image in relation to evolution of gas industry enterprises system modernized at the expense of transnational corporate group formation on the basis of "Gazprom".
