The problems of optimizing the capital structure for small businesses

The article justifies that the optimization of the capital structure in small businesses is associated with additional problems, in addition to those that are typical for commercial organizations as a whole. These problems are caused, on the one hand, by the specifics of capital formation in small businesses, and, on the other hand, by the discrepancy between the developed criteria for optimizing the real situation and the current practice of financing such economic entities in the Russian reality.
