Problems of organization of access to public sector data in Russia

Resume: In the course of their activities, public sector bodies and organizations collect a large amount of data, as well as form information themselves: the discovery of this information or part of it can stimulate the creation of new products, including by private business. At the same time, the state is the monopoly holder of certain sets of data and information. In this regard, it is necessary to study the question of what risks of violation of the provisions of competition law may arise when establishing the conditions for access to information, as well as possible models of formation of fees for public sector data.
