Problems of organization of financial planning at the real sector enterprises

In this article, the results of the study identified significant problems and weaknesses of financial planning, which is characteristic for the real sector enterprises at the present stage. The existence of such problems leads to lower quality of planned tasks and the discrepancy with actual situation. This reduces the efficiency of the entire production and business activities of the enterprise. Have been proposed some measures to resolve the identified issues and improvement of the financial planning organization, including conducting trend analysis of key financial indicators and implementation of the scenario approach.
