Problems of students' practical work and its organization with participation of supervisors in Vietnam (through the example of social workers)

The paper discusses the main challenges and prospects associated with the process of organizing and conducting students' practical work (through the example of social workers) with the participation of supervisors. The overall evaluation of supervisors' activity and students' practical work in Vietnam is given. The author also suggests the ways of solving the identified issues.
