Problems of organizing the use of special knowledge

The author examines the problems of organizing the use of special knowledge in the investigation. Some of them are specified, and ways to resolve them are proposed. The obvious ways to optimize the use of special knowledge in the investigation of crimes are the establishment of organizational and scientific and methodological interaction between investigative and expert services. As well as the elimination of the illiteracy of investigators on legal, forensic and technical issues of using knowledge from various fields in the criminal process.
