Problems of reforming organization and staff of Far East workers and peasants militia in 1922-1926 (dedicated to 100th anniversary of the Soviet workers and peasants militia)

In 1917, Russia, building up a socialist society, introduced the principles of justice and equality to a new law enforcement system, creating amateur militia squads. But the reality made it own adjustments. During 1918-1920 the militia being public formation turned into a strictly disciplined state structure. In the Far East this reforming process was seriously delayed and the formation of workers and peasants militia took place in 1922-1926.
