Issues of implementation of documentary and actual checks in the stage of initiation of criminal cases of economic crimes on the objects of railway transport

Introduction: The analysis of the practice of investigation of economic crimes in the field of railway transport, the study of scientific publications on these issues indicate the need for the formation of private criminalistic techniques. An important role in this is given to the study of the problems of documentary and actual checks at the stage of initiation of criminal proceedings. Materials and methods: scientific and educational literature, empirical data, general and private methods of criminalistics have been used. Results: the article deals with topical issues of detection and investigation of economic crimes in the field of railway transport. The existing scientific views on the criminlistic adaptation of special economic knowledge to the problems of disclosure and investigation of this category of crimes are analyzed.
