Problems of state and municipal procurement in Russia

State for purchases are a little-studied aspect of the country's economy. In connection with the introduction of permanent amendments to the legislation in the field of state procurement, this area requires a detailed study, the search for optimal solutions for improving this area and the most profitable cooperation between the state and the supplier in the person of private business. The study describes the system of public procurement, identifies current implementation problems and suggests solutions.
