Problems of the parliamentarism in the countries of the Arabic Orient

In the article the appearing and development of the Parliamentary systems in the most important countries of the Arabic Orient, which formed after the victory of these countries in the national-liberated wars against colonial oppression is examined. The actuality of this them is conditioned by two factors. The first is that the countries of the Global Orient or Global South at the actual period play more and more role in the world economical and political life. The second is that the Collective West, which is guided by USA, tries to force its world order - one polarity world on all countries. That is why it is necessary to show the attaining and particularities of other civilizations and their possibilities and abilities to form a new more just poly polarity world order. The special attention in this article is allotted to analyze the evolution of the Parliamentary systems in the Arabic countries in the difficult period of the “Arab Spring” and its consequences on the years of 2011-2020-st. This period is characterized by the radical changing of the ruling regimes in some countries, beginning of the armed conflicts, struggle against radical Islamism and of the trials of the extern actors to intervene in these processes. In the conclusion it is confirmed that the Arabic Orient exhibited the example of the formation the Parliamentary systems on the basis of the democratic attaining of the Parliamentarism in the world and of its civilization particularities apart from the fact of the difficult internal problems and the trials of the external pressure. These processes reflect the aspiration of the Arabic societies to build the new world order on the principles of the polypolarity.
