Problems of the Russian economy's transition on the sixth technological way skipping the fifth: methodical aspects

This article aims to highlight the urgent problems of the Russian economy's transition on the sixth technological way. The article describes the current economic situation in country, addresses a number of reasons that it has led and provides a number of methodical proposals developed by the authors, which should contribute to the transition of the Russian economy on the sixth technological way that is necessary to prevent further development and worsening of the crisis phenomena. In addition, the article describes the methodical aspects of innovation activity's state regulation of the enterprises concerning the determination of the degree of innovation activity of a particular company and formulated guidelines for determining it.
