In this article the ways of updating of natural-science education on the basis of the changes of the functional and structural organization of vocational training of a future teacher are considered. The approaches to updating of the preparation of pedagogical staff taking into account substantial, pragmatist and axiological aspects are proved. The analysis of modular and heuristic complexes promoting the organization of research activity of students through the development of pedagogical projects for schools is carried out.
