Problems of education of specialists in chemistry at the universities of the USSR in the late 20th century

The article considers problems of training of the qualified specialists in chemistry in the leading universities of the Soviet Union in the late 20 th century. The author studies documents of the party and government, which formulated the Soviet educational policy. The article discusses advances and defects of the higher chemistry education during the stated period of the USSR history.
