Problems of training athletes for example MMA

The article deals with some problems of training (training, training process) of athletes on the example of training MMA fighters. In particular, the problems of development of endurance of sportsmen are studied and heuristic programming of studying of tactics of conducting fight of wrestlers is touched. These data can be used in the preparation of athletes of different skill levels.
