The problem related to pension payments is one of the most important social problems, as the size of their future pension sooner or later begins to worry everyone. Therefore, in order to ensure a higher standard of living for pensioners, as well as to increase the confidence of citizens in their future well-being in the old years, it is necessary to introduce a pension reform that would meet the current economic conditions in the country.
