Problems procedure of collection and distribution of customs duties in terms of functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union

The article describes the procedure of collection and distribution of customs duties. Describes the main characteristics of the customs payments which are fundamentally different from other mandatory payments, differences in indirect tax rates (VAT and excise taxes) in different States in the EEU.
