Problems of increasing labor productivity in the Russian Federation and ways to solve them

The solution of various problems of accelerating the socio-economic development of the state has brought to the fore the provision of a steady rate of labor productivity growth. This caused the need for an in-depth study of the processes of formation of labor costs and results, the development of a set of important practical recommendations for the growth of labor productivity, consideration of all factors of its growth. The most important direction in ensuring sustainable economic development is the growth of labor productivity, which in modern Russia is significantly lower than in developed countries. Since labor productivity is the most important indicator of the efficiency of social production, the presented article examines the main factors that lead to its lag in Russia, and also suggests measures that identify reserves for labor productivity growth.
