The principal aspects of sustainability of Bashkortostan Republic agroecosystems are considered. The modules of sustainability (“soil-man”, “plant-soil”, “livestock-pasture”, “arable land-livestock) and principal aspects of the agroecosystem structure optimization for stimulate of the potential of the sustainability modules are discussed.
