Problems of the right to education of persons delivering punishment in deprects of freedom

This scientific article discusses some problems of the right to education of persons serving sentences in places of detention. Thus, according to paragraph 1 of Article 43 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, "Everyone has the right to education." But there is a certain category of citizens, education for which is very difficult and the mechanism for the realization of the right to education has its own characteristics. At the moment, as a rule, persons in the category of citizens under consideration are those serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty.
