Problems of minors lawful behaviour

The article is devoted to the study of the specific features of the problems connected with the minors' lawful behaviour. It is noted that lawful behaviour is the result of legal socialisation, which takes into account knowledge and acceptance of legal norms. The author analyses the components of lawful behaviour, the factors that influence on the legality of adolescent behaviour. Special attention is paid to the causes of deviant behaviour in adolescents. Due to the active participation of the younger generation in the information space, the article presents an analysis of bullying and cyberbullying. It is noted the nihilistic manifestations of adolescents, in particular, the attention is paid to demonstrative nihilism. In conclusion, it is concluded that proper prevention and educational initiatives can become the basis for the formation of legal awareness and responsibility of the future generation. Age-related adolescent reactions, such as emancipation and peer clustering, have a significant impact on the development of legal consciousness and may contribute to deviant behaviour.
